Imaging Group Announces the Graphtec Volume Purchase Program on
IS200-DS Large Format Scanners

Mesa, CA---December 15, 2005—Paradigm Imaging Group has introduced
a Volume Purchase Program for Authorized Dealers on the Graphtec
IS200-DS scanner. The program is designed for dealers who wish to
integrate IS200-DS scanners with a variety of low cost LED or inkjet
printers in order to provide an inexpensive monochrome scan –
print – copy solution.
The
advantage of adding a Graphtec IS200-DS scanner to these printers is
greater scanner flexibility than standard multifunction system
configurations. There is also the added ability to upgrade the
scanner to color if the requirements change for the customer. With
the standardization to a 42" width in the product line,
Graphtec scanners are now model upgradeable. This is a buying
advantage for customers, as they will never lose their initial
scanner investment if their needs change. IS200-DS scanners can be
upgraded to the IS200 Pro, IS200 Pro LC, CS500 and CS500 Pro
scanners. The cost of the upgrade is just the difference in the
price of the scanner models. There is no premium charge to upgrade
from one scanner to another.
The
IS200-DS is a high performance 42” wide, monochrome large format
scanner with 8 bit grayscale capture capability. The IS200 provides
a cost-effective solution for scanning monochrome, grayscale and
black & white documents at a speed of 4.5 ips (inches per
second) for CAD, AEC and other engineering and document imaging
applications.
